  When electricity demand peaks this summer, there could be up to 14 days of outages in the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside and San Diego counties. If an outage occurs, it’s for a limited amount of time per event. Outages could stem from natural gas service curtailments that may be large enough to
